No visit is complete without visiting several studios and galleries to experience the skill, quality and variety of local arts and crafts that have been inspired by the environment or resources of the region. The region is home to many highly skilled artists who open their studios to the public for viewing and sale of work. In addition, there are several larger galleries and many winery cellar doors showcasing collections of superb original works including paintings, furniture crafted from local timber, pottery, photography, sculpture and jewellery. |
